This role will perform a dual function for on-site cleaning services and outside sales in the East valley. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to drive a vehicle during the normal course of business. Not afraid of heights. Able to lift and/or move equipment such as 40’ ft ladders, power washers, buckets of water, etc. Have a working cell phone. Able to do repetitive motion with hands, wrist and arms. Able to work in temperatures ranging from 0 to 115 degrees. Able to bend and squat to ground level. Able to work with arms above head. Responsibilities Reports To: Operations Manager or General Manager Once you’ve built an extensive sales pipeline, you will manage it. Sources and develops self-generated leads and appointments with potential customers. As a sales representative, it is your primary duty to acquire customers. Promotion of services to prospective and existing clients. Develops effective self-generation sales strategies. Manages the pipeline of activity from lead to close of sale. Engages in local proactive lead generation activities as defined by market leadership.
