We are seeking a Commercial Office Building maintenance technician to help in the maintenance of a commercial office portfolio located in and around Chicago. Responsibilities Include: Implementation of Preventative Maintenance measures Monitor building lighting and tenant lighting Manage the grounds Manage the maintenance of HVAC – monitor operation, change filters Manage outside vendors, coordinate repairs and construction Respond directly to maintenance issues such as locks, leaks, or tenant issues. Ensure the grounds and facility are clean and professional at all times. Work with tenants on special projects or needs. Work with property manager and Head Building Engineer on projects and processes needed to ensure a great tenant experience within the building. Coordinate with outside contractors for construction and repair projects. Experience & Licenses 1+ years related experience Must have vehicle. Will be reimbursed for costs. Background Check
