Looking to hire a Framer or Cut guy for our framing crew! We frame houses, we set windows and doors, frame decks / 3 season porches. Year round work. Stick frame and panelized houses. Fast paced work, the days go by quick and the work is rewarding. This can be a career if it's taken seriously and you want to learn the trade! Pay is starting at $18/Hr and obviously pays more based on experience. Any past construction experience can count, but most important is your work ethic and attitude! This is a w-2 or 1099 Position. As a 1099 you will be required to provide proof of insurance and fill out a w9 before any payments are made. I ask that you have reliable transportation to and from work. You will be paid every 2 weeks and there is no late checks or bounced checks ever. Dane County work, even though our next house will be in Lodi. 40hrs of work or more per week.
