Looking for a motivated person that has general knowledge of reading a tape measure and using a hammer, shill saw, drill ETC. Be able to lift and will follow instructions to train to be a skilled maintenance person for 50 properties. Applicant must have basic hand tools and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
