Kitten needs a forever home

We've been watching her for about 2 months for a friend who has fallen on hard times, but has ultimately had to give her up. We can't keep her permanently due to lease restrictions. We want to try to find her a loving forever home without the stress of putting her in the shelter. She's young, litter box trained, eats both wet and dry food. She is not spayed yet or had any shots. She's very loving and will cuddle in the blankets with you. She talks but not enough to be annoying, and she LOVES to play.
