Need Some Siding, A couple Shingles, and some boards replaced.

I'm a contractor and my grandpa just had a stroke and is in the ICU so I'm subbing this job out to a reliable person that can take care of it. I have attached pics of the project. I will supply all the materials. We need: 1. Some 2x12 boards over the existing stairs, it's a cheap fix for the customer instead or replacing the whole things. 2. Replace a soffit board on the front of the house. 3. Replace some siding on both sides of the house (320 sqft) It's that multi plank siding that has 3 planks and they're sold in 3x8 or 12 strips. You've seen them. 4. Replace two shingles on the roof (insurance won't cover them because it's not the same color) ($1500) This one is separate. Paint the entire house. It's a one level duplex.
