Hoping for help getting eye exam

I am really struggling at the moment financially and I am extremely near sided and have to renew my contact lenses prescription which requires me to do a yearly exam with my eye doctor. It's extremely rough trying to accomplish anything without my contact lenses because I can't see anything beyond 5-6 ft. If u could help I can send you info and by Gods grace you could call them directly and help me pay for an exam. I am truly grateful and appreciate u even taking the time to read this. Thank you
