Airbnb Cleaner/Property Manager Needed

Looking for a Cleaner/Property Manager for Airbnb for 1bdr/1bath (two units) and 3bdr/2bath. Regular Cleaning duties and/or offsite or onsite laundry. Also storage inventory management. Runs errands as needed. May occasionally need technical assistance for home smart devices. Light maintenance-replace batteries in door locks bulbs, etc. Report any issues to me for maintenance. Experience in staging, decor a plus but not necessary. Prefer someone that lives 10-15 mins near Riverside area (78741) Check in’s are 4pm, check out at 11am. Avail to handle check in/check outs on time and if not send alternate backup. Ability to work with various apps for calendar management. Or receive text alerts for new cleanings and being able to proper calendar the dates for efficiency. 1bdr/1 Bath is located near Riverside (compensation will be 20 hr. Or $50-$65 per turnover). Cleaning time is typically 1 to 1 and ½ hrs. Expect 2-3 turnovers a week (or more). Every week. 3bdr/2Bath is located near Riverside (compensation will be 20 hr. Or $85-$110 per turnover). Cleaning time is typically 3-4 hours. Expect 2 turnovers a week. Every week Have potential to clean/property manager for additional units I’m going to obtain in the near future.
