Very friendly male rat up for adoption - likes to be held in a cuddler

I adopted this former feeder rat (adopted him from someone whose snake did not want him as he is on the larger size), and he is very friendly (likes to be held) and receive head pats and sit in his fleece cuddler. I want to adopt him out to a home with another rat as a pet only. He's sociable and likes people and appears to like other animals. I try to bathe him once a week in the sink and he sits on his blanket on the couch in the evenings with no issues. I have tried very hard to make this situation work for him but due to renting issues I cannot get another rat at this time and feel he would do better in a nice home with a friendly companion. (If he does not work out in a new home by the way I can take him back, flexible with that approach as well). He will be adopted with a small fee to ensure he is not food.
