I have a place that is woodsy and close to Shreveport about 3 hours from Dallas. Someone could live on the land while they are remodeling the brick structure to make it inhabitable.This might be a three month or more project. i would like to talk to someone about living on site either in their own camper etc or in the house. it is in Stonewall Louisiana just minutes outside Shreveport. Brick structure needs everything so being an artist is important. I am sure we can work a deal out.
