Looking to Immediately Hire - 2 Porters and 1-Maintenance Tech. M-F (Porter hours can be flexible) 8-5, FT or PT. Must be able to legally work in USA. No experience required for the Porter position. Just looking for a person with a good work attitude. Porters will be required to clean the buildings; Hallways, Basements, Garbage rooms, Bathrooms, Windows, and around the perimeter of property. 1-Maintenance Tech - Some experience required for the Maintenance Tech position. Must be able to follow orders, be sociable with residents, trustworthy, polite, and on-time. Able to use tools, have a fair understanding of plumbing, carpentry, and appliances. Hours are M-F, 8-5, Full-Time, no benefits other than long term hire. Must be able to legally work in USA. 1-Office Assistant - Must have knowledge of; Section-8, Word, Attaching documents to emails, and strong Customer Service skills. Job duties include but not limited to: Reading and Writing clearly, answering phones, entering work orders into system, must be able to think on your feet, open to learning, and able to follow rules and regulations. I'm looking for someone with integrity, who understands resident/company privacy, and who is able to multi-task.
