We are looking to rehome our Female Akita Puppy, Mira. Her DOB is 12-06-2021, she is 8 months old and currently weighs 72 lbs. Mira is updated on all her shots, heartworm medication & flea prevention. She is not spayed & has not had her first heat cycle. She is kennel trained and potty trained. Mira has a very sweet & funny disposition. She is not food aggressive but is food driven. She will do anything for a treat! She loves to be with her family and is great with other dogs and kids. She is not great with cats. She has an incredibly high prey drive. That's actually the reason we are needing to rehome her. We have cats and have tried numerous things to stop her from going after them to no avail. As she is getting older, her prey drive is stronger. However, there are lots more wonderful things we can say about her! She truly is a sweet girl. We want her to go to a home where she will be part of the family.
