Looking to hire experienced maintenance tech to help run work order and preform makereadies on homes. Must be experienced in HVAC (install and repair) Electrical, plumbing, as well as all phases of multi-residential homes. Must have own tools and vehicle, and the ability to work alone or with a team. Pay is based on experience. This is a 40-hour work week position with immediate hire and weekly pay! Looking to hire people who WANT AND NEED to work!
