Broke down need help.

Good morning. Blew front tire. Have 2 spares need to put both on to match. Will have to change out rims. Need a couple tire irons. Good jack,maybe couple of blocks for safety. Will need to take tires to air up. Sorry Don't have money to pay but as soon as I get going I can Door Dash and will be back on track. Any help will be appreciated. I'm broke down in the Convention Center parking lot across from EconoLodge Stephen
