Hello We have a commercial factory building with approx. 50,000 square feet of tar and grave roof and about 40,000 rubber. We are looking for someone who can do maintenance and repairs to the roof for us. Currently, on the rubber roof section, some of the rubber is pulling back from the sidewalls, and also a lot of skylights are leaking around the rubber flashing.
