Responsibilities: • Installation of synthetic grass/turf • Ensure installation excellence • Capacity to take instruction from company management/foreman • Work with shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, hammers and knives • Work with light to medium duty equipment/machinery • Lifting a minimum of 80 pounds • Physical labor involved daily What we are looking for: • High-energy / Positive attitude • Self-starter who requires little oversight to succeed • Good work ethics, honest, dependable, humble • Good communicator • Highly organized to prioritize work load • Ability to multi-task Requirements/Experience: • Experience installing synthetic turf or carpet a plus. • Other transferable backgrounds: Auto Mechanics, Fence installers, Masons. • For safety and effective performance, English speaking is a must. • A clean, NYS Drivers License (CDL a plus) • Professional appearance • Able to work occasional weekends • Must be able to work well with others • High school or equivalent education • Experience towing trailers a plus • Ability to work well with 3-4 crew members • Hard working What we offer: • Competitive Pay • Being a part of an innovative and growing company • Training provided by Turf Tek USA
