Description

1) Need a super simple set of stairs built. 2x10 stringer and 2X10 steps. I will remove existing stairs. I will provide stringers and treads. 32inch wide rough opening 87” inch rise 84” run 2) need to excavate and rebuild exterior bilco entry to basement. Wall is crumbling. See photos. Either rebuild with concrete block or pour stem wall. Expand opening width to accept standard bilco door. 28” wide 6’ long 6’ deep.
