We are seeking an occasional Handyman to assist with a wide range of repairs at our privately owned Carson City, NV garage/warehouse. This position is on an as-needed basis. Estimated 10 hours per month. These tasks include repair work, carpentry, and assistance with classic cars. We are expecting you to be organized and have good time management skills as well as strong general repair skills. Requirements and Qualifications 1 year minimum proven experience as a handyman or carpenter. 1 year minimum of experience with appropriate electrical tools and equipment Interest in classic cars Positive attitude with great communication skills Problem solver Attention to detail Preferred Skills In-depth knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems Ability to drive a manual transmission Duties and Responsibilities Clean facilities when needed (vacuum, etc.) Regularly perform maintenance jobs and light repairs Run cars and track/report issues Identify, document and report maintenance and repair work
