Looking for young dog to be a service dog

Hello, I am in search of a young dog that can be trained to be a service dog. Due to my disability, I am unable to afford the cost of paying thousands of dollars for a trained service dog and am looking to find a dog that I can train myself. Preference to a dog with a medium/long coat. Thank you
