Looking for a full time maintenance technician for a multi family property located in Kent, WA working for a 30+ year professional management company. About the position: Full time apartment technician responsible for a 100 unit Class B Apartment site • Fast paced working environment. • Work independently with available resources for help and support as needed. • Schedule and complete work orders at place of employment • Ensure maintenance items are completed effectively and correctly which entails both unit turnover and service orders. • Complete service requests for occupied units and documenting the work performed. • Preparing vacant units for new residents; painting, drywall repair, installation of various fixtures, appliance repair and cleaning are a few examples of this task. • Perform routine and emergency maintenance. • Assist with planning and execution of all preventative maintenance programs • On Call and Overtime required as needed. • Experience – 3-5 years of similar work required • Availability – 5 day work week, and willing to be in an on-call rotation for 24/7 maintenance emergencies. This responsibility is shared between other staff members. • Must have a valid driver's license
