AAR Testing and Inspection, Inc. is looking for ICC certified inspectors for Building Construction projects in Western Washington State with one or more the following certifications: ICC Certification in Reinforced Concrete, Prestressed Concrete, and Structural Masonry, or Structural Steel Welding. Reinforced Concrete, Prestressed Concrete, and Structural Masonry will require current ACI Field Testing Technician Grade 1 certification. Note: Wages for this position is dependent on years of experience and certifications. Job responsibilities will depend on position, qualifications, certifications, and experience but will generally be as follows: Review approved construction drawings and specifications Communicate with contractor workers, foreman, superintendent, project manager, project structural engineer and building inspectors to perform inspections and report observations Perform construction observations and inspections continuously or periodically as required to verify conformance to approved documents Write concise electronic inspection reports and submit completed reports to recipients Communicate with AAR office to report inspection observations, scheduling and sample pick up coordination Supervise and train junior inspectors and testing technicians Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour Incentive: sign on bonuses up to $5000 may apply
