CLIMATE CONTROLLED BRAND-NEW OFFICE SPACE: Starting at $17+ per hour Paid holidays Paid time-off Full-time M-F 800am-430pm The Janitorial Services Team Member will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and aesthetically pleasing environment at our Newark location with a professional and positive attitude. Immediately addresses and alerts Site Supervisor and/or Chief Operating Officer (COO) to any unsafe working conditions. 2. Perform work assignments with attention to detail and a positive attitude. 3. Performs work assignments as directed by the Site Supervisor. 4. As a part of the janitorial team you will be responsible for all work associated with the cleaning and maintaining of the interior of the assigned physical facility. 5. Achieve and maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the facility 6. Work alongside your team members with a helpful and positive attitude 7. Duties will include, but are not limited to; cleaning of hallways, stairways, elevators, break rooms, bathrooms and large office areas. 8. Duties will include, but are not limited to, dusting, mopping, sweeping vacuuming, scrubbing, refilling of bathroom supplies and removing trash from a climate controlled environment. 9. Delivery of prompt and courteous customer service 10. Completes quality work according to established guidelines and timelines Work Environment The work environment is a climate controlled professional office space. The facility has a variety of spaces that will need to be routinely cleaned such as: lounge, offices, bathrooms, hallways, stairways, and elevators. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. No weekend or holiday work. Required Education and Experience 1. Valid Driver's License. 2. High School Graduate 3.
