Wish you could look like an expert when it comes to kettlebells? Curious about using sandbags?
Superpower Bootcamp, led by Head Coach Caitlin, targets your entire body via kettlebell, sandbag and bodyweight moves to hit your abs, shoulders, back, chest and legs.
There’s something primal about sandbag training. The unwieldy, dynamic nature of lifting a bag with sand inside means no two reps are the same, which makes it the perfect training for real world situations.
Add into that the core strength, work capacity and mental grit kettlebells offer, and you’ll be feeling it in your heart and lungs, building stamina, strength and muscle.
We’ll start with a 5 minute warm up, a strength and conditioning class, followed by a 5 minute cooldown before having a post-workout hang sesh in the park.
We’ll bring the kettlebells, sandbags, and fun!
This workshop is for all levels, especially beginners and those new/newer to kettlebells and sandbags.
We recommend bringing a yoga mat and sunscreen.

100% of proceeds will go directly to The Pixie Project, a local animal rescue service.
