Food Rescue US-DC is powered by our volunteers and we couldn't do it without them. As this Summer draws to a close, we wanted to take an opportunity to connect with our volunteers and encourage others to join in! Volunteering with Food Rescue US is a great way to learn about new restaurants, social services, meet new people and provide while providing others with food that would otherwise be thrown out. Event Info: 1240 9th St. NW - Lost and Found is a supporter of Food Rescue US-DC and has offered us a free space for us to get together from 5:30pm-8pm. Note: They don't serve food here but you're welcome to bring your own.
