Welcome to - The WORKSHOP We are SO excited to be bringing you a new class format and leveled up education. In this 12 seat class we will be covering two essential techniques that I use behind the chair daily as a low-maintenance color specialist. After the look & learn portion we will put our new skills to use during a hands on experience! SOFT DIMENSION My favorite way to create seamless dimension that looks and lasts as if it grew out of the head. Take away the stress from formulation, placement and splotchiness. LIVED-IN MAINTENANCE Learn how we brighten and refresh a lived-in client who only comes 1-3x per year. Maximize your time and money with this foolproof technique. We will cover my favorite placement in the world for my lived-in babes. ---- WHAT YOU'LL LEARN -Placement for lowlighting, brightening and my go-to money piece technique. -Formulating for lows&highs, tips and tricks about our favorite demi-permanent color lines... and my fav, some science behind the WHY of the color we're using -2 different efficient and straight forward techniques that will easily translate when you're behind the chair -how to charge accordingly for these services (and when and WHY to raise your prices) ---- WHAT TO EXPECT -a busy day packed with learning! our hope is to add as much value as possible to you as a stylist. -not only technical skills but business tips and my favorite insights about mindset work and why I think its important when you work behind the chair -a SMALL, intimate class with plenty of opportunity for questions & one on one experience during application -catered lunch -and it wouldn't be a @robynthestylist class without Lived-In Essential goodie boxes ---- WHAT IS PROVIDED -After 2 express color model demos, we will break for lunch.
