We are so thrilled to have Debbie Testa from Testa’s Pantry in the house on Tuesday, August 30th for an interactive cooking demo where you’ll be able to sample, taste, and ask questions. She will share how to make a simple balsamic dressing, chickpea salad, and refreshing mango salsa with their carefully curated selection of single-grove extra virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy. Testa’s Pantry is grounded in heritage and tradition with a business philosophy that reflects the importance of superior quality, services, and product authenticity. Founded in the spring of 2017 out of the desire to be able to source what wasn’t available locally – the purest and finest imported extra virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegars – and share them with family, friends, and eventually, customers. A $5 deposit reserves your spot. All attendees will receive a $5 gift card to the store on the day of the class.
