Nondestructive testing technology (NDTT) is the examination of an object or material without compromising its future usefulness. Nondestructive tests are performed to identify internal or external imperfections, determine structure, composition, and properties, or to measure geometric characteristics without affecting the form, fit, or function of the test subject. Nondestructive testers and quality control technicians are the scientists and detectives of the manufacturing world. Learn to use sophisticated diagnostic testing to solve mysteries in a non-invasive manner at Spartan College.
