Joins us with "Stretch Away Stress," an unique experience where you will learn special yoga poses and mediation techniques that can help you relieve all the different of stresses in your life! Carve out some time for you to "Stretch Away Stress" with a gentle flow yoga class. As we breath through various yoga poses, let yourself feel nourished and refreshed, connecting to your body, mind, and spirit. Let everything melt away and re-emerge feeling rejuvenated, renewed, and refreshed. This amazing and special event will leave you with a sense of peace! Joins us in the 1st hour of yoga poses that will practice peace in body, spirit and mind. The last part of the event with focus on breathing and tranquil mediation. MEET THE YOGA GURU! Amanda Penner is a yoga teacher, artist, and healer. Through yoga, art, and healing, Amanda strives to create beautiful sacred connections. She seeks to help others tap into joyful experiences, meaningful moments, and a deeper connection with their own divinity. She presently teaches a weekly yoga class at the Motherhood Center (prenatal yoga TIME: 10-11:30 AM LOCATION: Tracy Gee Community Center3599 Westcenter Drive, Houston, TX, 77042 Parking lot is in the back.
