-2nd Course: 2020 Pinot Noir “Reserve”: Black cherry, white pepper, and spice on the nose. The palate is viscous and luscious with a long finish of fruit, spice, and well integrated French oak.- 4oz Bacon wrapped Pork tenderloin served with a Red wine cherry compote and grilled asparagus.
-3rd course: 2020 Signature Red Reserve: This elegant and harmonious medium-bodied red wine showcases layers of vanilla, berries, star anise, tobacco leaf, and soft tannins. – pepper encrusted sliced beef tenderloin served with red chimichurri sauce.
-4th course: 2021 Dry Riesling Reserve: Stone fruit aromatics of white peach and apricot. Soft and luscious mouthfeel with slight tropical finish. Butter Pecan Drop Shortcake with Fresh Peaches
