DMC-ENERGY LLC 
Looking for quality individuals to join our Lighting Installation Team including Ground and Crew Members. Installation teams are responsible for the safe, quality and efficient installation of new fixtures, retro-fit kits, LED direct wire lamps, LED screw ins with or without ballast bypass, sensors/controls, exterior wall packs and pole lights installed at the customer facility and thus regular travel, out of town work and reliable vehicle is required. Role and Responsibilities: * Actively works as a crew member on any lighting installation project. Work activities could include ground work, fixture preparation, fixture removal and/or demolition, installation of lamps (bulbs), retrofit kits, new fixtures, control devices, conduit and electrical wiring, or clean-up and recycling based on individual capabilities, training and project requirements * Able to work with your hands and appropriate hand tools; able to lift up to 75 pounds as needed; able to work off a ladder, lift and/or boom based on individual training and project requirements * Must be able to follow instructions and daily installation plans as provided by DMC-ENERGY LLC supervisor. * Must abide by DMC-ENERGY LLC and customer safety standards including PPE, lift and ladder and harness requirements, etc. * Must be able to travel on a regular basis; out of town travel generally requires overnight stays for several days on up to 8 to 12 weeks.
