Description

This workout is dedicated to the toning of your abs and building your glutes with target movements and cardio based body weight and resistance band exercises. The focus will be on core strengthening to build muscle, in addition, it will also focus on your quads, hamstrings, and glutes. Don't forget to bring water, a towel, a yoga mat, and resistance bands (if you have them)
