There will be 2 hours of self-done PRE WORK! Then a 6.5 hour in-person class. MUST BE PRESENT FOR ALL! *Lunch will be provided. Dietary needs can be detailed at the time of ticket purchase. You will learn: How to give first aid in a mental health crisis and/or early stages of mental health problems. A 5-step action plan to help an individual in crisis connect to professional care.
