Join us on Saturday, September 24th from 10-11:30am for a morning of Yoga, Cacao, + Connection. In this 90 minute PLAYshop, we’ll begin with Breathwork + a Gentle Yoga Sequence led by Harley Muscarella. We will flow into a juicy Guided Relaxation + Meditation led by Olivia Roberson. The session will close with a sacred Cacao Ceremony + Journaling. The goal is for you to leave feeling grounded, open, connected, and blissful. Space is extremely limited. Grab your tickets now!
