Who we are looking for: An energetic person who loves to be outside, takes pride in their work, can follow directions, is reliable, and has the ability to produce consistent results. We will train so no experience is needed. Where is the work: Properties we maintain include Mankato, Elysian, Waterville, and surrounding lakes. Typically will meet at the shop each morning. What kind of work would you be doing: Operating a push mower, zero turn, sting trimmer, and backpack blower to maintain area homes. Would also be asked to do other work when/if mowing is slow due to drought such as shrub trimming, light landscape work (no walls or patios), landscape cleanups, and leaf cleanups in the spring/fall. Potential for some snow removal work in winter as well. When: We are looking for someone to start immediately and go until the snow flies. Job Requirements: Must have reliable transportation to and from work Valid driver license Ability to be on your feet for 8-10 hours a day Ability to lift 40lbs Willingness to learn Produce consistent results Must be flexible when weather issues arise Benefits: Top pay (DOE or once earned through performance) Performance benefits 20 hours paid vacation (available after 3 months) Work clothing allowance
