Imagine lying down, connecting with your breath, and allowing your soul to be soothed by spacious and lush washings of word and sound. Guided mediation, crystal bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, drums, chimes, a gong, and voice combine, drawing you into an immersive, deeply relaxing and restorative meadow of time. In such a meadow you can connect more deeply with your own interior landscape and the Divine who resonates through it all. Here you can be quiet and still, releasing heavy emotions and thoughts, while in community with other beautiful humans.
What to expect: Participants will lie down on yoga mats with a provided organic lavender infused eye pillow (to help promote a relaxed state). You may bring your own eye pillow if you have one, and may purchase one for home use afterwards. Also, we recommend eating just a light meal or nothing at all beforehand, as you will be lying down for about 50 minutes or so and will be guided into the parasympathetic state, aka, the rest and digest state.
What to Bring: A yoga mat or comfy mat to lie on. A blanket or 2, and even a weighted blanket, if you like. A small pillow or extra blanket to rest your head. Really anything that makes you feel comfy and cozy. Water.
What to Wear: Comfy clothing and socks.
