Looking to start old school punk/new wave band

Old punk rocker (play guitar and bass) putting toe in water to see if I can find any musicians to potentially form an old school punk rock/new wave/surf type band. Not pop punk crap. I have recorded and released plenty of originals/covers by myself using a drummer the last four years but would rather start from scratch and come up with new originals and collaborate with an actual band. And potentially play out occasionally if this band turns out well. Your age and gender not important to me if you have the same mindset and like of old school punk/new wave and can actually play or sing decent. Let's see if we can make some noise that most people would not like.
