Moving a few heavy items, ~4 hours of work, paying cash

I am moving from Waltham to Carlisle (25 minute drive). I have a few heavy items I need help with: 2 light bookshelves, 1 heavy couch, 1 heavy dresser, 1 loveseat, 2 bedframes + mattresses, and a table. I can rent a U-Haul and just need help loading and unloading these items. Would prefer a crew of 2.
