Hi all, Im renting a room in a house here in Huntington Beach but my mail seems to keep getting misplaced or not arriving at all. So Im offering $100 per month to someone who is willing to let me use their mailing address to receive my mail. I dont want to get scammed so to prevent that I ask that we meet up at your address and that you: 1) Be the a legal tenant living at that adress (no subleasers please) 2) Be willing to meet in person.
