Part caregiver, part cook, evenings and overnights

We are looking for just the right person or persons to be the right fit for our 30 year old son. He has developmental disabilities and uses a power wheelchair to get around, but he is very active and talkative. We have virtually full time staff during the daytime, but when we travel we need overnight staff to support him…preparing a fresh, healthy dinner, helping him with personal hygiene and getting him into bed, then up in the morning. (He sleeps through the night!) No heavy lifting because we have many home modifications including a lift system. Trustworthiness and being responsible are an absolute must, and background checks are required. We will also provide training. This could be a great part time job, plus in about 6 months from now after we finish renovations, we will be offering FREE housing to a single or a couple (a large separate one bedroom apartment with private entrance) in the lower level of my house (in a great neighborhood) in exchange for overnight duties with my son for 60-90 days out of the year (and you would still get paid during those times you are responsible for him), along with up to two hours/week of yard help as needed.
