Hi y'all! My name is Mary Lynn, and I own In Blue Handmade. We are currently looking for a full-time production member to join our bag-making team. Our company makes leather and waxed canvas bags, guitar straps, wallets and more. We are the number one leather seller on Etsy, and we also sell on our own website (www.inbluehandmade.com). Starting pay is $16/hour, negotiable based on experience. While we do not expect anyone to come with actual purse-making experience, we know that having a line production history, a carpentry background (you will be hammering rivets into leather most days), or general maker experience is a huge plus for us! If you love to be busy with physical work and have great time-management skills and a positive attitude about completing a job, then please apply. We ask that you have reliable transportation to and from work in West Asheville, and that you are looking for full-time work at 40 hours a week, 9-5 Monday-Friday (after any loose ends are tied up and notice has been given to your current employer, if applicable).
