Valid driver's license, a good driving record, and reliable transportation to and from work. Strong interpersonal skills including a positive and outgoing personality. Handy/familiar with small tools and equipment. Job Requirements and Duties: Maintains repair truck inventory. Assists with lifting (up to 50 pounds with assistance), moving, disassembling and reassembling furniture. Will train the right person to assists team leaders. Will be learning furniture repair and upholstery techniques. Maintains a high level of excellence in work performance and attention to detail. Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality. Consistently presents themselves in a positive manner that contributes to the team and work environment. Maintains clear and open communication with the team. Acts with integrity, uprightness, honesty and knowledge that supports the values, virtue and culture of Leather Pros Inc.
