Small Beaverton based Team Sports Distributor has an Immediate Full-time Seasonal opening in our Embroidery Department lasting approx. 2-3 months. Our company is in need of dependable workers to trim, fold and package embroidered garments. Positions will also require warehouse related activities including picking product to be embroidered. Previous experience in embroidery or a position that requires fast paced / high volume work is a plus. Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to Following work order instructions Attention to detail to proof embroidered logos Ability to use scissors and tweezers to ‘finish’ embroidered logo’s Picking product to accurately fulfill order requirements including accurate count and sizing identification Must follow procedures and guidelines to keep a positive work environment Maintaining a safe and clean work environment Required Skills: Proficient in English for reading, writing and understanding verbal directions Ability to recognize and identify colors Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs Organized and detail-oriented Excellent time management skills Be able to efficiently organize personal work flow for maximum output Physically capable of standing and walking for long periods of time Capable of multitasking with flexibility to assist other departments as needed Preferred Skills: Previous embroidery experience is a plus Experience with fine detail work is a plus (sewing, quilting, soldering, etc) Production experience is a plus Full-Time applicants must be able to work an 8 hour shift Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00am to 3:30pm as needed/directed. Overtime may be required during peak busy periods. Must have own transportation to get to work reliably; work place is not transit friendly.
