Hello, I’m looking for a mechanic to do some work for me on two cars. I can buy the parts if that is something you would like. Looking for a Toyota guy. The 4runner pretty decent but needs the following things done to it. I’m looking for a mechanic I can talk with and get these things done. I’m a decent mechanical guy but I have no time available and I really want these things done on this SUV. I live in Buda. Would like to get the work done somewhere in this area. 2001 - 4runner 3.4 V6 - 2wd 286,500 miles #1 - I need a complete timing belt and water pump job ( The pump comes in the kit) #2 - Would like shocks and struts put around all 4. #3 - Lower ball joints? They say those need to be replaced at some point but I’m not sure if its just for lift ones or not. #4 - An oil change 1997 Toyota Previa LX SC (mini-van) 255,000 miles Yes this is the mid-engine van. I have a oil leak on this. I think its coming from the valve cover. It leaks on the driveway even when its not running. So I need this issue fixed. I like the van and it runs really well. Just need to get his oil leak fixed and I’ll be happy. If you’ve worked on a previa before thats huge. It seems rather simply when you look at it.
