Lost cat, White/Tan/Gray, striped, blue eyed

My son's 7 yr old cat Max got out in the early morning of Thursday July 28th. Please help us find him. We raised him since birth and have his mom and his brother and they are all inside cats only. We miss our boy and are very worried about him. He has white mitts with a few dark blotches and stripes here and there and very unique markings on his face. He is part siamese so he has blue eyes and a dark tail, dark ears. He's neutered & is microchip registered. If you see a cat like this, please let us know!
