Duties: Mainly doing grounds keeping, cleaning and some errands / purchase supplies, etc./. Work is mainly performed outdoors. Position is on call. Pay is $20 / hr; performance bonus $5 an hour Requirements: provide at least 2 professional references, hard-working, honest and reliable person. Should be physically fit because some of the tasks involve lifting / moving heavy objects. Clean driver's license. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
