Compensation: DOE Employment type: full-time Lehigh Valley Chimney Specialists is a growing chimney and masonry company looking for driven individuals to join our team as laborers with opportunity for advancement. We offer multiple repairs in the Lehigh Valley, Bucks County, Poconos and Eastern New Jersey. We train all of our employees and teach them the best and safest way to preform on the job. Some of the responsibilities you will have as a Laborer are listed below. Arranging materials, tools and equipment. Setting up work areas. Working alongside of the masons to ensure productivity and efficiency. Erecting scaffolding or other installation structures. Performing assigned tasks on a high platform or roof. Mixing cement, concrete and mortar.Completing assigned jobs in a clean and timely manner. Work alongside co-workers and lead by example. Making sure all material and equipment is adequately stocked on work site. Communication to manager regarding job progress, issues, concerns, etc. Accurate timekeeping and documentation. Interacting with homeowner/job supervisor in a professional, friendly manner. Other laborious duties as assigned. *Follows all applicable company policies, ethics, procedures, and instructions Some of the services we offer but are not limited to include: Chimney Cleanings Inspections Level 1, Level 2 or Level 3. Liner Installations Blockage Removal Raincap Installations Masonry Restoration Rebuilds and New Construction Custom Outdoor Grills Patios and Walkways Damper Replacements Repointing Hardscaping Experienced is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
