Description

Job Description - In charge of the receiving area - Count, check and inspect all incoming items - Sign the incoming BOLs - Scan the incoming BOLs, up load them in Dropbox and send the emails with the BOLs attached. - Update the inventory system with all incoming items - BOL physical copies to the warehouse manager for double checking - Read and reply emails - Maintain the Raw Material warehouse organizationally & cleanly. - Make space in the warehouse for the incoming items - Pick the raw materials for the next day of production - Weekly physical count of the raw materials items and update the inventory system - Provide raw materials to production area when needed. - Report to the Warehouse Manager - Assist in the warehouse when needed - Unload the incoming product with the forklift Qualifications - Minimum 1 year of Forklift experience (sitting one & standing one) - Minimum 1 year of Inventory experience - Ability to stand 3-4 hours at a time during the during - Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, PDF) - Must be able to speak Spanish - English level - Basic - Capable to lift up to 75lbs
