I am a very busy General Contractor. With a primary focus On Painting and Restoration. At all levels of painting and restoration. Both Residential and Commercial. I am looking to Add to my roster Great Painting Sub Contractors. I have many immediate projects. You MUST Be fully licensed in Oregon, I also service Washington so a Washington license if you do work there. You MUST have your own tools, ladders, sprayers, drops, etc. You MUST be Efficient and Skilled in all aspects of painting exterior and interior projects and have very clean jobsite practices. All materials and sundries are paid for and delivered to each jobsite. These are all Labor Only Gigs. Paid on a 1099 Most all jobs pay within a day or 2 after completion and final walk through.
