AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION Beef Cake or "Mr.Beefy" as his vet likes to call him, is an 85lb 6 year old Catahoula/Pitbull mix. He is a big lovey marshmallow! If you're looking for your next adventure buddy this boy is perfect! He LOVES to go on walks (or walk you rather, he is very strong), is great in the car and just soaks up the attention everywhere he goes.He is 90% house trained, kennel trained and very smart. He doesnt know hes a big boy, we havent told him he is 85lbs because he really loves to snuggle right ontop of you on the couch or sleep on you in the bed. With a proper introduction he has been good with every dog Ive introduced him to on leash. Unfortunately I dont have a fenced back yard so I havent been able to just set him free with another dog but he hasnt shown any aggression issues and has a loose wiggly body and wagging tail everytime hes met a dog. Hes good with kids and has been very sweet to my 5 year old son but would be best with 5+ due to not knowing his own size and he might knock down smaller kiddos on accident. He is pretty laid back but he will play and rough house if you want him too. He needs a home with absolutely NO KITTIES, bunnies, or small critters as he does have a high prey drive. He was sick when I adopted him but he has overcome that and finished his course of meds since then. He was being treated for kennel cough but also tested positive for Mycoplasma which has been treated. He also had a nasty yeast infection in his ears and are finishing up the meds for that as well. I have a full bottle of ear cleanser to go with him as well.
