Looking for child care for one 2.5 yr old boy in Sunderland center. Looking to connect with one or more babysitters who live close by and can come by for smaller amounts of time before or after school, between 6:30-9AM and 4:30-7:30PM.
Child likes being outdoors in all seasons, walks, and visiting the library or playground (walking distance).
Available work may also include light chores or errands like sweeping and dishes. Ideally, you have a car and a clean driving record, but we are also open to sitters who can walk or take the bus here.
Pay is $16-27 per hour depending on your experience with childcare, toddlers and child development.
The start date is flexible, we are just looking to have more sitters on call. Ideally, you live locally all or most of the year.
For the right person who gets to know our family, child care might include occasional overnights, school pickup and dropoff (in our car or yours), and being on call for sick days if you have a flexible schedule.
I work from home so initially, you may get to know the child with me at home for support, although I also need coverage for some work travel and nights out.
